Privacy Policy

This page is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
This policy describes how VivanaFem collects and processes your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act.
1. Data controller
The data controller is the publisher of the site, identified in the legal notice. Contact: contact@vivanafem.com.
2. Data collected and purposes
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address, collected only with your explicit consent, to send you our health content and news. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Interactive tests: your answers to the questionnaires are processed in your browser to generate a score. They are not linked to your identity or resold. If a test offers to send you your results by email, that email is treated as a newsletter sign-up (consent).
- Browsing data and cookies: see the dedicated section below.
We do not collect identifying health data and do not ask you for any sensitive data that could identify you medically.
3. Cookies and consent
On your first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function do not require consent. You can change your choice at any time (your choice is kept for 6 months).
Tools used after consent: Google Analytics 4 (audience measurement, anonymized IP addresses, Consent Mode v2: no data collected without your agreement), Google AdSense (advertising) and the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram, to measure the effectiveness of our ads). No measurement or advertising cookie is set without your prior consent.
About the Meta pixel, three points we believe should be stated clearly:
- it loads only after you accept. If you refuse, no request is sent to Meta;
- automatic collection of page content is disabled, and a single conversion event is sent to it: the fact that a newsletter sign-up took place;
- no health data is sent to it: no symptom, no test result, no title of any article you read. Your answers to our tests and to the game never leave your browser and our own database.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data may be processed by technical service providers acting on our behalf: Netlify (site hosting and receipt of contact form messages), Brevo (newsletter delivery), Google (audience measurement and advertising) and Meta (advertising measurement). These providers are selected for their GDPR compliance. Some may be located outside the European Union; in that case, appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) govern the transfers.
5. Retention periods
Your email address is kept for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter, and deleted when you ask to unsubscribe. Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of 13 months.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to contact@vivanafem.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
7. Unsubscribing
Every email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, without giving a reason.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.
